Ultimate Vegan Caesar Dressing

Ingredients

almond milk
unsweetened

slivered almonds
could sub cashews
1/4
cup
nutritional yeast

tbsp
chia seeds
1
teaspoon
salt substitute or salt if you prefer
1
teaspoon
kelp grandules
3
tbsp
capers
6
small garlic cloves
peeled
5
tbsp
apple cider vinegar
2
tbsp
Dijon mustard
2
Medjool dates
pitted
1/2
tsp
garlic powder
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Place the almonds or cashews in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Soak for at least 30 minutes to soften. Drain off the soaking water
Place all of the ingredients in the blender container of a high powered blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Chill until ready to serve.
This tastes like the real deal - no one would know it's vegan! Even non vegans love this dressing.
