Simple easy Banana nice cream - all natural goodness
- 3 super ripe bananas that have been peeled sliced and frozen.
- 3 Tablespoons organic Cacao or unsweetened cocoa
- 1-2 each dates if more sweetness is desired
*If your bananas are super ripe you won’t need any dates– I like to let my bananas get overly ripe so they are super sweet and then freeze them.
Toss everything into a high powered blender or the work bowl of a food processor – process until smooth and creamy. It will be like soft serve. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to make it blend easier and become creamy.
