Tami's Vegan Faux Parmesan "Sprinkle"

A simple easy yet delicious little sprinkle to top all our favorite dishes like pasta, zoodles, pizza, potatoes and more.

Equipment

  • Mini Food Processor

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats or almonds or cashews
  • 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 2-3 teaspoons Table Tasty Salt Substitute or to taste or 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsely

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients in the work bowl of a mini food processor and process until it is well blended. Don't take it too far and end up with a paste, you want it to be powdery.
  • Oats will keep the calorie density lower. Almonds or cashews will make for a richer but higher calorie density sprinkle.

Notes

Sprinkle on pasta, zucchini noodles, pizza, potatoes, vegetables and more.
