Instructions
Put all ingredients in the work bowl of a mini food processor and process until it is well blended. Don't take it too far and end up with a paste, you want it to be powdery.
Oats will keep the calorie density lower. Almonds or cashews will make for a richer but higher calorie density sprinkle.
