Mango Lime Salsa

A refreshing salsa that is a nice addition to any Mexican meal. Simple and easy to make.

  • 3 cups Mango, fresh or frozen thawed, diced or use pineapple
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 3-4 tablespoons fresh lime juice add the zest if desired
  • 1/2 -1 each fresh jalapeno pepper, finely diced or 1/8 - 1/4 tsp Jalapeno Powder seasoning


  • Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl. Stir to mix the ingredients well. Chill and serve.


Serving Suggestions:
Serve with tacos, burritos, add to beans and rice for a burrito bowl, top a chopped salad, use in a taco salad, add to wraps or burritos, serve with no oil tortilla chips or serve over grilled tofu.
