The spices not only taste good but are rich in antioxidants and so good for our health and well being. This hot Chai drink is going to be a regular cold weather beverage at your house!
Warm Chai Almond Milk
- 1 cup almond milk I used unsweetened vanilla or use my easy Homemade Cashew Milk
- 1 teaspoon Date Syrup – see link in the post or use Grade B Maple syrup to taste
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon each ground nutmeg, ground cinnamon and ground cloves.
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until warm. Or gently heat in the microwave oven. You can adjust the amount of date paste or maple syrup to suit your personal preference.
