If it sounds good to you, make it! From Sheet Pan Tofu, Carrot Ginger Soup, or Breakfast Sheet Pan Potatoes, to a lovely, chopped salad. I have you covered.
What is the meaning of brunch? It is a meal usually taken late in the morning that combines a late breakfast and an early lunch. You can host a brunch at any time of year for any holiday. I have hosted a Christmas Day Brunch instead of doing a big holiday dinner. What a wonderful idea for Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, birthdays or just for a fun get together with friends and family.
Keep it simple so you don’t overwork yourself. Make waffles ahead of time and freeze them. To reheat, pop them in a toaster oven. Easy – peasy.
This is the perfect brunch meal. Blender Waffles, Easy Blueberry Sauce, Sheet Pan Breakfast Potatoes Oil Free, Sheet Pan Tofu Scramble, Breakfast Sausage Patties and fresh fruit.
You don’t have to follow a whole food plant-based lifestyle to enjoy this feast. Good food is good food, ours just happens to be plant based.
Fresh fruit trays are always a big hit. Even a big bowl of cut up watermelon is fabulous.
