Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 lime- zest and juice – or to taste
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 1 cup crushed ice or ice cubes
- 1/4 cup fresh mint
- 2 dates – optional if you need additional sweetness
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender and process until slushie.
